The unanimous conclusion of all participants in the congress was a cry of NO TO WAR, regarding the armed conflict in Iraq. The issue of wars and their effects on the population had been a major consideration from the outset of the desire to establish a foundation for the defense of mental health in Catalonia. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/i><\/span>Continuar llegint<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>The dynamism and plasticity of the brain are highlighted, in contrast to any fatalistic determinism.
