{"id":13653,"date":"2021-11-10T13:04:41","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T12:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=13653"},"modified":"2026-09-02T19:45:10","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T17:45:10","slug":"acte-de-debat-escolta-presencialitat-i-derivacio-en-persones-amb-malestar-emocional-a-latencio-primaria-de-salut-parlem-ne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fccsm.net\/en\/activitats\/agora\/acte-de-debat-escolta-presencialitat-i-derivacio-en-persones-amb-malestar-emocional-a-latencio-primaria-de-salut-parlem-ne\/","title":{"rendered":"Listening, in-person care, and referral for individuals with emotional distress in primary health care."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019<strong>Agora: \u201cListening, in-person care, and referral in people with emotional distress in primary health care\u201d<\/strong> it was held <strong>November 18, 2021<\/strong>, in the context of the health crisis caused by COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting addressed the increase in <strong>emotional distress and the demand for psychological help<\/strong> detected in primary care during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The debate took as a starting point FoCAP's reflections on collaborative working models between primary care and mental health services.<br \/>\nOne of the main axes was the importance of\u2019<strong>listening and in-person attendance<\/strong> in the care of people with emotional distress.<\/p>\n<p>There was also reflection on the criteria and practices of <strong>referral to mental health services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The conference sought to go beyond the debate focused exclusively on the presence or absence of psychology professionals in primary care teams.<\/p>\n<p>The event brought together primary care and mental health professionals as well as representatives of the public.<\/p>\n<p>This thus encouraged a shared debate on the different ways of addressing emotional distress.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the Agora raised the need to reinforce a <strong>close, in-person, and listening-based care<\/strong>, as well as better coordination between primary care and mental health.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019\u00c0gora \u201cEscolta, presencialitat i derivaci\u00f3 en persones amb malestar emocional a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria de salut\u201d es va celebrar el 18 de novembre de 2021, en el context de la crisi sanit\u00e0ria provocada per la COVID-19.
